Learn about different types of brushes and color while painting. Leave with finished pieces of artwork inspired by references and your imagination! No experience necessary, all supplies provided.

Learn how to fix your holey or thinning socks with darning! Join us in this hands-on workshop to learn and practice 3 methods for repairing socks! Participants will learn the basic materials and techniques necessary to darn their own socks in various ways. Bring your socks in need of mending, and leave with a plan and the skill to darn them!

Do you need some help with your resume? Are you unsure about your choice of words? Struggling to describe your accomplishments? Come meet with an experienced volunteer for a one-on-one review. If you have a paper copy of your resume, please bring it along.

Prerequisite: None! This workshop is for folks who have never touched a sewing machine before, or are in need of a refresher.

You can learn how to crochet little hearts. Turn them into pins to share with those you love or ones to whom you want to show your gratitude. The patterns use several crochet stitches but class will include instruction in those stitches. Materials will be provided but feel free to bring your own.

Save your favorite jeans! In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll learn to use a sewing machine, practice straight and zigzag stitches, and repair or reinforce small holes (under 2") and worn areas. Bring a pair of jeans that are wearing thin or have a small hole, and learn simple techniques to make them last longer.
